Welcome to air3fire, your trusted partner in fire protection solutions.
At air3fire, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest level of fire safety for our clients. Our expert team is here to support you in choosing the right fire protection system tailored to your specific needs.
The Grenfell Tower fire in 2017 was a devastating tragedy that underscored the vital importance of passive fire protection in modern buildings. It highlighted systemic failures where inadequate compartmentation and non-compliant materials allowed flames, smoke, and toxic gases to spread rapidly — with catastrophic consequences.
At air3fire, we fully understand the responsibility we carry in preventing such disasters.
We are committed to ensuring that every barrier we install, every penetration we seal, and every system we specify serves its purpose: to contain fire, protect escape routes, and preserve life.
Our certified fire stopping systems and expert installations create effective compartmentation, slowing the spread of fire and enabling emergency response — the very principles that were compromised at Grenfell.
By learning from past incidents, we actively contribute to safer environments — not just through compliance, but through leadership in fire safety standards. Whether it's new construction or refurbishment, air3fire delivers:

CERTIFICATION SERVICES
Demonstrates competence in the installation of fire doors.
There is a legal requirement for manufacturers of fire doors to demonstrate the ability of their products to resist the passage and spread of fire. However, if they are not properly installed, their fire resistance capabilities can be seriously compromised. The BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation scheme has been designed to provide reassurance to specifiers, contractors and end users that the product they have chosen has been installed correctly and that it should perform as intended.
The Q-Mark Fire Door Installation scheme is based on training an individual who takes responsibility for the training and work carried out by several operatives. The scheme is designed to ensure that fire doorsets are being installed correctly, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or appropriate guidelines.
What the scheme aims to achieve:
Elevating Fire Safety Standards through the Fire Stopping Installation Scheme
Ensuring competency in the installation of fire stopping products is paramount to maintaining fire-resistant compartment lines within buildings. When essential services such as water, gas, electrics, or communications breach these lines, it's imperative to seal these penetrations effectively with suitable fire stopping solutions.
Both Building Regulations and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (RRFSO) mandate that individuals fitting fire-stopping products demonstrate competence. Third-party certification serves as the recognized method to validate this competency.
The BM TRADA Q-Mark fire stopping installation scheme, an industry-leading initiative designed to uphold the highest standards of fire safety. At its core lies the comprehensive training of individuals who assume responsibility for overseeing the training and work conducted by a team of operatives. This scheme operates with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that fire stopping solutions are installed meticulously, strictly adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
With the Fire Stopping Installation Scheme, you can trust that your building's fire protection is in capable hands, safeguarding lives and property against the ravages of fire.

The reports compared inspection results to specified requirements and standards for determining whether the item or activity is in line with these targets, often with a Standard Inspection Procedure in place to ensure consistent checking. Inspections are usually non-destructive.
STEP 3 INSTALLATION
Installation works are often site specific and designed to ensure the product’s service life is maximized through correct installation & provide peace of mind that the Installer is suitably qualified and that their work is continually assessed by an independent body
